Diagnosis: Dextrocardia
Discussion: Notice that the P, QRS, and T are all inverted in lead I, since septal and LV free wall depolarization are now opposite normal. In fact Lead I almost looks like V1. Also notice the decreasing R wave amplitude from V1 to V6, since now LV free wall depolarization points away from lat leads. It is important to note that switched limb leads can cause lead I to look like it does in dextrocardia, but switched limb leads will not cause decreasing R wave amplitude in leads V1 to V6
