The arrows point to the presence of fluid within the parapelvic gutters bilaterally. In trauma, this should be considered suspicious for intraperitoneal blood until proven otherwise.
ACUTE HEMATOMA IN PELVIS WITH ASSOCIATED BLADDER RUPTURE

The arrow points to a whorled-like appearance of a soft tissue density within the pelvis compatible with an acute hematoma. This patient had sustained acute traumatic intraperitoneal rupture of the bladder.
INTRAPERITONEAL BLADDER RUPTURE WITH HEMATOMA WITHIN CONFINES OF BLADDER

The arrows point to the presence of acute hematoma with its whorled-like appearance within the confines of the urinary bladder. Also note the presence of fluid within the peritoneal cavity compatible with ascites, a mixture of blood and urine.
