The Fastest Diet That Gives Sure Results

This 7 days eating plan can be used as often as you like, as a matter of fact, correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before.

After only days of this process you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds, and possibly 17 pounds, and have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan for as long as you wish and feel the difference.

Day 1:

Eat all the fruits except bananas. Water melon and cantaloupe are lower in calories.

Day 2:

Eat all the vegetables until you are stuffed. Raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Stay away from beans, peas and corn to reduce your fat intake of calories. You may also have a large baked potato with butter on your vegetable day.

Day 3:

Eat all the fruits and vegetables same as day 1 and day 2, except no potato.

Day 4:

Bananas and skim milk; no more that 6 bananas and 8 glasses of skim milk.

Day 5:

Beef and tomatoes, eat all what you want, but no potatoes.

Day 6:

Beef and vegetables, eat all what you want, but no potatoes.

Day 7:

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables.

Notes:

No fried foods, no breads, you may substitute boiled or baked chicken with no skin in place of beef. You may drink water, diet drinks, unsweetened tea or coffee.

You should have the following soup every day, and as much as you want.

Soup:

6 onions, 2 green peppers, 3 whole tomatoes, 1 head cabbage, 2 stalks celery and 1 package onion soup mix. Cut vegetables and cover with water, then boil with the soup mix for 20 minutes. Cover and simmer till vegetables are soft. Add salt, pepper and bouilion for seasoning.

The more you eat this soup the more you lose weight.
