RIGHT ORBIT FLOOR FRACTURE "BLOW-OUT FRACTURE"
CT scan shows air fluid level in the right maxillary sinus associated with a depression of the right orbital floor. Clinically, it is necessary to exclude diplopia secondary to inferior rectus and inferior oblique muscle entrapment. Facial anesthesia due to infra-orbital nerve involvement; Significant depression of the orbital floor may be noted. Continued entrapment is an indication for surgical intervention.
