CONDYLAR FOSSA DEPRESSED FRACTURE
The arrow head points to the presence of a depressed fracture involving the condylar fossa. Note the comparison and asymmetry with the opposite side. The fracture fragment has protruded into the external auditory canal, as well as into the middle ear cavity.
