SPLENIC RUPTURE WITH HEMOPERITONEUM.
This CT scan done with intravenous and oral contrast material demonstrates areas of heterogenous whirled-like attenuation within the splenic bed compatible with splenic rupture and acute hematoma (single arrow head).
The double arrow head demonstrates the presence of hemoperitoneum.
