RUPTURED ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM
The CT scan done with of oral and intravenously contrast demonstrates opacification of the aorta as well as inferior vena cava. The arrow head points to the presence of the retroperitoneal hematoma, extending into the adjacent paraspinal retroperitoneal tissues.
