The arrows marked T point to the true lumen of an enhanced scan done of the thoracic aorta. The arrows marked F demonstrate the nonenhancement of the false lumen of the ascending as well as descending portions of the thoracic aorta.
Management of this patient is surgical unless otherwise contraindicated.
