Lung Cancer 1:
Collapse and consolidation of the right upper lobe. An S-shaped border is seen. Tuberculosis was suspected by the secondary care physician.
After 3 months of anti-tuberculous therapy, the consolidation has
disappeared revealing a nodule in the right upper lobe!
Diagnosis: Lung cancer.
