MedFinder Help
MedFinder is designed
to provide extremely specific and accurate
searches.
- Simply enter the
search topic in the top text box. For
more specific searches, type in all
of the words separated by spaces (ie.
pulmonary edema).
- You can then
select the type of page you are
looking for (ie., case presentation,
indepth review, etc.).
- If you are looking
for a particular type of image, check
the box next to the type of image you
want.
If your search
returns no links:
- By checking
several boxes, your search may have
become too limited. Try checking less
boxes and repeating the search..
- You may not be
using the correct spelling or medical
term.
- Your search item
may not be available on the Internet.
